We are a community-run play group for babies and children up to school age - first established in 1983 by a group of parents who wished to meet other parents and carers from the village and surrounding area in an informal and supportive setting.
We are based at Grimsargh Village Hall on Preston Road, situated centrally between Preston and Ribble Valley towns such as Longridge, Ribchester and Chipping. We offer a great opportunity for you to meet people in the same situation as yourself, while your child or children do the same.
Session Times
- Tuesday, 1pm - 3pm (term-time only)
- Friday, 9:30am - 11:30am (all year round, except Good Friday)
The group and venue offer excellent facilities, including indoor and outdoor play, baby area, singing, crafts, story time, drinks and snacks.
A standard session consists of 2 hours play, with juice and snack break after roughly 1 hour. About 15 mins before the session ends everyone pitches in for tidy-up time. This is followed by song time for the children, which we finish with the Hokey Cokey and our very own goodbye toddlers song!

Session Fees
£2.00 per family - this includes tea and coffee for the adults and juice and snacks for the children.
Grimsargh Toddlers is a not-for-profit organisation. This mean that all monies collected in session fees are used to pay directly for the running costs of the group - such as juice, snacks, hall hire, etc.
